Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how trials, cancellations, and refunds work for DispatchMate paid subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
1. Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal
You may cancel your DispatchMate subscription at any time through the Paddle Customer Portal. From the app, go to Settings → Billing (or the Pricing page) and choose Manage Subscription. That opens the Customer Portal where you can cancel, update payment methods, and view invoices.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you retain access to paid features through the end of the current billing period you already paid for.
2. 14-day trial policy
New accounts may receive a 14-day trial to evaluate DispatchMate before a paid subscription begins. During the trial:
- You can explore the Service under the trial plan limits shown in your account
- If you subscribe during or after the trial, billing follows the plan you select at Paddle Checkout
- If you do not subscribe, access may revert to a limited or inactive state when the trial ends
Trial availability and eligibility may vary by promotion or region. Any trial terms displayed at signup or checkout control in case of conflict.
3. Refunds
Because DispatchMate is a digital subscription Service, fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable once the period has started, except where required by law or where Paddle’s buyer protection policies apply.
We may consider a refund or credit on a case-by-case basis when:
- There was a clear billing error or duplicate charge
- You were charged after a timely cancellation that should have stopped renewal
- Applicable consumer law requires a remedy
Refund requests should be submitted promptly through the in-app Support module or via Paddle’s customer support channels for the transaction.
4. Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, and other plan changes are handled through Checkout or the Customer Portal. Timing of prorations, if any, is determined by Paddle’s billing rules for your subscription.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us or Paddle before filing a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of the account associated with the disputed payment.
6. Contact
For cancellation help or refund questions, use Settings → Billing to open the Customer Portal, or open a ticket in Support. See also our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
