Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how DispatchMate (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our B2B SaaS platform for trucking dispatch operations (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
We may collect:
- Account information — name, business name, email address, and authentication credentials
- Operational data — data you enter about carriers, loads, check calls, invoices, and related dispatch workflows
- Billing information — subscription status and identifiers needed to manage payments. Card payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record); we do not store full payment card numbers
- Usage and device data — log data, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, and similar technical information used for security and product improvement
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and protect accounts
- Process subscriptions and send billing-related notices
- Respond to support requests (including in-app tickets)
- Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law
3. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, authentication, email delivery, and analytics), under appropriate safeguards
- Paddle, which processes payments and may collect billing details as described in Paddle’s own privacy notices
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security
We do not sell your personal information. Carrier and load data you enter remains under your control as a business customer; we process it to deliver the Service.
4. Data retention
We retain account and operational data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, dispute resolution, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable retention requirements.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a SaaS product (including encrypted transport and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong password and limit access to trusted users in your organization.
6. International transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
7. Your choices
You may update profile information in Settings, manage marketing or digest preferences where available, and cancel your subscription via the Customer Portal as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data. Contact us through the Support module to exercise those rights.
8. Children
The Service is designed for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, use the in-app Support module or the contact channels listed on our website. Related legal terms are in our Terms of Service.
